By accessing or using StockS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through it. Notify StockS if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may use StockS for lawful inventory and sales management. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, violate another person’s rights, use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, or evade plan limits.
3. Your inventory and business records
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the inventory, prices, sales records, business information, and other content you enter. StockS is a management tool and does not replace your own accounting, tax, regulatory, or professional obligations.
4. Voice and AI limitations
Voice and AI-assisted features may misunderstand commands, return incomplete results, or make errors. Review important actions and records before relying on them. You are responsible for confirming that changes to inventory and sales data match your intention.
5. Plans, subscriptions, and pricing
StockS may offer Free, Starter, Pro, or other plans. Paid plans may renew according to the terms shown when a subscription is obtained. Prices, taxes, payment timing, plan features, and voice-session allowances may vary or change in the future, subject to applicable law and any protection expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Launch price protection
Accounts created during the first 30 calendar days after StockS public launch qualify for 12 months of launch price protection, subject to these Terms and applicable subscription rules. The protected amount and eligibility conditions are those presented for the qualifying account at signup. This clause does not announce a launch date or state that the offer is currently active.
Protection applies only for the stated period and may depend on keeping an eligible subscription active and in good standing. It does not prevent changes required by law, taxes, third-party charges, or a user-requested plan change where applicable.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription through the method made available for that subscription. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse completed charges. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law, the rules of the payment channel used, and the subscription terms presented at purchase. Contact Support for assistance.
8. Service changes and availability
StockS may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, allowances, or parts of the service. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Cloud sync, voice processing, and account access may be affected by networks and third-party infrastructure.
9. Intellectual property
StockS and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of StockS intellectual property.
10. Private feedback
Feedback submitted privately may be used to evaluate, support, and improve StockS. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share. Unless separately agreed, feedback does not create a duty to implement an idea or compensate the sender.
11. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content associated with StockS infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and the basis of your request. We may request additional information needed to assess it.
12. Suspension and termination
StockS may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious or repeated violations, or protection of the service and its users. You may stop using StockS and request account deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent legally permitted, StockS is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature or output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose. To the extent legally permitted, StockS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
14. Disputes and governing law
Please contact StockS first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any unresolved dispute will be handled under the applicable laws and procedures that legally govern the user and the service. A specific governing jurisdiction is not stated in this draft and must be determined during professional legal review.
15. Changes to these Terms
StockS may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date, and continued use after they take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
