1. Information you provide

When you create or use an account, StockS may process account details such as your name, username, email address, avatar, and sign-in information. You may also provide business information and the inventory records, product details, sales records, and history you choose to enter.

2. Voice commands and AI processing

When you use voice features, StockS may process audio or a transcription of your command to interpret the request and perform a supported action. AI-assisted processing can make mistakes. You should review important inventory or sales changes for accuracy.

Voice-command information is used to provide the requested feature and may be handled by service providers needed to process speech or AI requests. StockS does not claim that voice or AI output is always complete or correct.

3. Authentication and cloud synchronization

StockS uses Firebase authentication for account access, including Google Sign-In where available. Firebase may process account and technical information under its own terms and privacy practices.

StockS uses cloud infrastructure to synchronize supported account, business, inventory, and sales data. Synchronization depends on network and service availability.

4. Feedback and support

If you contact support or send feedback, StockS may process your message, contact details, attachments, and related technical information. If you intentionally submit a raw feedback voice note, the audio may be processed and retained as part of that feedback so the issue or suggestion can be reviewed.

5. How information is used

• Provide, maintain, and support StockS features.

• Process inventory, sales, voice, and analytics requests.

• Protect the service, investigate misuse, and improve reliability.

6. Third-party infrastructure

StockS relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as authentication, cloud hosting, synchronization, speech or AI processing, and application delivery. These providers may process information on behalf of StockS or under their own privacy terms. We do not sell unsupported technical guarantees about those services.

7. Data sharing

Information may be shared with service providers when needed to operate StockS, respond to a valid legal request, protect users or the service, or complete a business transition subject to applicable law. StockS does not treat your inventory and sales records as public content merely because they are stored or synchronized.

8. Security

StockS takes reasonable measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet service or storage method can promise absolute security. Keep your account access secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Retention and account deletion

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide StockS, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting StockS. Some information may remain where retention is legally required, necessary for security, or technically present in routine backups until those backups are replaced.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact StockS to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

11. Changes to this policy

StockS may update this policy as the application, its practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a revised date.
